We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of English spoken by our driver, and we will make sure to address this issue with the driver's training team. We understand that communication difficulties can be frustrating, and we will do our best to ensure that our drivers are better equipped to assist our guests in the future. Regarding the cost of the trip, we understand that the total cost, including tickets and food, may have been higher than expected. Logistically, the prices for food and items in that remote area is usually are based on the distance of transportation. We appreciate your suggestion to purchase only the necessary tickets and to avoid the guide, as we are glad to hear that the walkways at the temples were self-explanatory. We will take this feedback into consideration as we continue to improve our services. Finally, we apologize for any disappointment caused by the quality of the food at the restaurant we selected for lunch. As stated earlier, we are out of the authority to manage the food quality for the restaurants out there; however. what we can do is to state clearly on our tour itnerary to warn our travelers before they book the tour.
