A truly spectacular 10–hour tour. My favourites were Moraine Lake, Peyto Lake, and Lake Louise all were breathtaking, each stop more beautiful than the last. Our guide, Jujal, was exceptional, informative, personable, and always ready to help with any request. His warmth and knowledge made the day feel effortless and thoroughly enjoyable. I booked this tour after my original tour canceled on me with less than 24 hours notice and it might have been one of the best things that ever happened to me. Lucky is an understatement because this is exactly where I was meant to be. Vishal’s care and attention was the kind you’d get from a family member, not a tour guide. I had a few spots I wanted to hit but he made sure I got to see the best of Banff. We hit all the top spots. Given I was a solo traveler it was easy to navigate in and out of crowds so we packed in a lot. I was pretty tired by the end of the day, but I have no regrets. I highly recommend this tour company for your family, friends and solo travelers alike. They customize travel for you to ensure it meets your expectations. Bonus: while this was not a wildlife tour, Vishal spotted a goat, sheep and bear for me! I was able to see so many animals. Another bonus: Vishal also knows where to take the best photos so you get your own personal photographer too. I plan to come back in the winter and wouldn’t dare go with anyone else.

This a a perfect day to knock out lots of the major lakes, some hiking involved. The scenery’s are breathtaking! The small group tour is the best! Jugul our guide was super awesome and gave us lots of history and pointed out highlights. 100% recommended!! Don’t forget a raincoat, light jacket, hiking shoes, Prepare for all weather!! Ty Jugul!

We had a great time with Jugal as our host. He was courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was quite the gentleman. We spent some time with Mr. “V” as well; that was a treat too. Monarc VIP was great to do business with being very responsive and professional. They made very accommodating arrangements and the van was clean and well stocked. We visited all the most important sites in the Banff area. What a day! It was awesome, really. I highly recommend Jugal and Monarc VIP Tours.

Highly recommend Vishal and his tours to anyone who is going to Banff. I went with my parents and my teenager . V was very helpful to my parents as well , helping them on hikes when needed and giving us tonnes of info on the locations making them more interesting. Overall enjoyed it. He took us to great spots .
