We booked in advance there were several options with other companies available offering same experience but we booked through Viator as I have used them before . We booked the trip for our last day . It was cancelled with the reason no permission from authorities. Very disappointed as we had looked forward to this trip and wish we had booked with another company who did have appropriate authority before allowing passengers to book .
Wonderful morning breakfast with the balloons as a beautiful backdrop. It is chilly, so bring something warm while waiting for the balloon. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Magic experience with sky experience
Amazing hot air balloon experience in Marrakech with Sky Experience One of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had in Morocco! The whole team was extremely professional and welcoming from start to finish. The early morning pickup was perfectly organized and the drive to the launch site was very comfortable. Watching the balloon inflate at sunrise was already magical, but once we were in the air the views over the desert and the Atlas Mountains were absolutely breathtaking. The pilot was very experienced and explained everything during the flight which made the experience even more enjoyable. After landing we had a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast which was the perfect way to end the morning. I highly recommend this activity with Sky Experience to anyone visiting Marrakech. It’s safe, beautiful, and truly unforgettable!
