Our tour guide Ronald was a blast, and kept us going throughout the day. Kudos to our sand-buggy driver, Guicepie who thrilled us on the dunes. The ride was the quite an adrenaline rush!
Very complete tour. The Ilhass Ballestas are charming and the experience in Huacachina is unique. The guide runs very well.
Zero communication whatsoever from the company. Went to the meeting point at the designated time & they never showed.

As a result, the reservation was never confirmed, and we did not receive a valid booking to operate your tour. Because your reservation was made through Viator, all booking confirmations, payment notifications, cancellations, and related communications are managed directly through their platform. Unfortunately, once the reservation was canceled on their system, we were not authorized to reinstate or modify it. For this reason, your booking did not appear on our final confirmed passenger list for that day. It is a very complete experience; bring sunscreen and water... the rest is provided by the organizers. In our case, Jesus the guide was very attentive to what we needed.

I have had a lot of tour guys in my life, but I have to say Jesus was the best even today. We went to another trip with a different tour guide and we missed Jesus.. He’s accommodating, very kind and very upfront and quite loving. One thing I have to say to guys don’t like to sit with you when you’re having lunch or dinner with them because obviously it’s a job and dating some space to recuperate. But Jesus sat with us and showed so much love and got to know us as a couple and individually

This was a long but enjoyable day. Jesus, our guide, was both knowledgeable and hilarious. He was good at keeping the group moving and in good spirits.
The bus is old and so noisy on highway. The ride at the back of the bus is worse than sitting next to an jet engine. The vibration and engine noise make otherwise a fun trip a bad experience.

Had an amazing trip. My guide Rose was the best. She took care if us and made the whole so easy. Bus is comfortable, pick up ontime , communication the whole trip was good. It was an amazing day.
