Choosing to fly from Hurghada to Cairo instead of facing a long bus journey was the best decision of the trip. The early flight was short and smooth, and a guide was waiting at arrivals to whisk us straight to Giza with no wasted time. Standing beneath the Great Pyramid was overwhelming in the best way, and the Sphinx, though smaller than expected, carried a quiet power that photos never capture. After a good lunch, the Grand Egyptian Museum was the real highlight, with Tutankhamun's treasures displayed beautifully. Everything was timed perfectly, and the return flight meant arriving back relaxed. Excellent value.

Pyramids and Grand Museum

At Giza, the guide knew all the best angles for photos and explained the history without drowning us in dates. The Pyramids were overwhelming in the best way, and the Sphinx up close was far more powerful than imagined. After lunch, the Grand Egyptian Museum was the highlight of the day, with its vast collection and stunning architecture. Everything was timed perfectly, and the return flight meant arriving back in Hurghada relaxed. A well-organised day trip.
