Amazing Yala safari with Abu! 🐆 What an incredible experience! We did a full-day jeep safari in Yala National Park, hoping to see a leopard and, if we were lucky, a sloth bear. We ended up seeing two leopards and a sloth bear! Our driver Abu made the experience even better. He knows the park very well, has an incredibly sharp eye for wildlife, and was patient and determined throughout the entire day. We searched for the sloth bear for hours without success, but Abu didn’t give up. Then, after leaving the park, we suddenly spotted a sloth bear along the road! Such a special moment and definitely one we will never forget. Besides the leopards and sloth bear, we saw elephants, jackals, crocodiles, peacocks, deer, monkeys and many different birds. Abu always knew where to look and made sure we didn’t miss anything. We’re very happy we chose the full-day safari. Thank you, Abu, for your knowledge, patience and enthusiasm! An unforgettable experience that we would absolutely recommend. 🐆🐘

I recently did a fantastic one day safari of Yala National park in Sri Lanka with Eagle Safari. My driver Mali who had 38 years experience was exceptional. He had detailed knowledge of all the tracks, was an exceptional driver, even reversing hundreds of metres over extremely rugged roads at one stage, to land us in the perfect spot just as an enormous leopard wandered in front of our 4WD. He could describe every bird and animal we saw, of which there were many - elephants, crocodiles, water buffalo, monkeys, hundreds of birds, and 2 leopards. Mali spoke several languages and was willing to go to great lengths to make sure I had a unique experience. Organised through Sesatha travel I can say my day with Mali and Eagle safaris was a real highlight of my 3 week Lanka trip. Thanks Mali, a memorable day

We were very lucky to see three leopards as well as elephants and many other wild animals in their natural environment. The safari was excellently organized, our guide was very experienced and friendly. A unique experience that we can warmly recommend to every visitor to Sri Lanka!

Our driver was called Dilanka and he was perfect. He made every effort 100% to ensure we got to see as much wildlife as possible and sharing information as we went along. He communicated all the time to our guide to ensure we had the best possible experience. Thanks to him it was the best. All day safari is a long day, they certainly put the time in for you and provided a great lunch

Our guide collected us from our accommodation, and had us at the front of the queue to enter the park as the sun rose. We were fortunate enough to spot an elephant on the drive to the park- a very auspicious sign. Our guide showed his expertise and had us spotting elephants in small groups and even a leopard before lunch. He positioned us perfectly many times for exquisite views of wildlife such as deer, langur, birds and mongoose. He moved fast when there was something to be seen, but also had the patience to wait for wildlife to come across where he’d positioned us. A comfort stop was perfectly timed, and the provided lunch was much more than we could ever hope to finish. Highly recommended!

Very good game ride with an excellent driver. Chuti was very knowledgable Was prepared not to follow others in search of seeing different animals. The Jeep is very comfortable and has plenty of power

Natak is a great driver & amazing guide. He made us stop all animals in the park. Right from Bear , Leopard, crocodile , elephants & even an owl. He was very calm & patient during the drive. Special thanks for him.
