Excelente service, Edward the best , smooth driver excelente condición and good air AC
Our experience was so easy. They were great with communication from the moment we arrived. Edward was the individual who I communicated with and they were very responsive. Our driver Edward was absolutely the best driver we’ve had since we’ve been in the DR. Pick up was easy. Thank you! We will know to use Viator from this point forward!

Taking the excursion to Isla Saona involves a long trip from Punta Cana, but the journey was enjoyable thanks to the driver Luis Javier Garcia, who from the very beginning proved to be a very kind and attentive person; the trip was very pleasant, and we traveled comfortably and safely. His vehicle was very clean. Totally recommended if you are looking for a reliable and quality service. We would definitely repeat with Luis Javier García. 10 out of 10!

Greatest VIP service experience. I communicated with someone every time I wanted to go somewhere and they always had availability. Luckily we received the same driver that we started with at the airport, Rahonel and he was the best! He was safe, nice and knows his way around the city. We used this company for excursions and airport transfer. Even though our hotel provides transport for free, we wanted private and you can’t get any better than these guys! Thanks so much!!!

This company was great for my solo travel needs. Great communication from start. I heard from a team member within 10 minutes of booking. Disappointed that it was cheaper to book the SUV ride initially rather than being allowed to pay the difference in price once booked but overall, decent price for the ride provided. Also, site could use some altering as when I booked it only asked my picked up point, no destination. Was excited about having the same driver Wilson, to and from the airport. Would book again with this service.
Thank you for sharing what you didn’t like. However, unfortunately, if you wanted a welcome in a luxury SUBURBAN SUV, you should have selected that option at the time of your initial booking, as it was available on the VIATOR platform. Instead, the option you chose was the more economical “CAP CANA LOW COST ROUND TRIP.” Regarding the website you mentioned, you are referring to VIATOR, since that is the platform where you made your reservation, not our direct website (www.internationalairporttransfers.com). We contacted you because you requested a happy birthday welcome and reached out to us via WhatsApp. However, that is not included in the VIATOR booking, so we offered you a separate package that we provide for those occasions. At one point, you wanted to cancel your Viator reservation and apply the amount you paid toward another service, but we explained that we could not do that, as it would result in a financial loss since that was not the service originally selected. After our explanation, you agreed to keep your original booking. We find it surprising that you always communicated with us directly, and upon arrival we welcomed you with a sign that said “HAPPY BIRTHDAY KRISTINA,” and you did not express any dissatisfaction at that time, in fact, you thanked us for the service. Now we see your comments being shared through this channel, which of course is your right, and we respect that. We were always polite, provided on-time service both ways, and maintained good communication throughout. However, please note that champagne, confetti, cake, decorations, balloons, personalized signs, and similar extras are not included in VIATOR bookings. Those are additional services provided directly by our company and require extra cost and preparation time. We appreciate your feedback and hope that next time you choose a service that better matches your expectations.

After booking the airport pickup a few days before arrival, I was contacted by IAT to ensure that we could connect upon arrival due to construction at the airport. Their attention to detail is high and I was impressed by the constant communication. In the course of talking with Edward who manages the operations, we found out they were able to provide additional services. So we used them to go back and forth to Santo Domingo for a day trip. When the time came to get us back to the airport for the return trip home, it was an easy decision to make booking with IAT. There's lots of choices for companies that will shuttle you to & from the airport that are around the same price but I'm glad that seeing the positive reviews helped me make my decision.
