Yali is a business owner who is client-focused. He was terrific in every respect, and our group had a great time. We chartered his 12 person pontoon boat. Yali was especially accommodating and helpful to our group, which was parsed into a small and large group, with the former being collected 45min before the latter, and at a different location than the larger group. He arranged a captain (Tito) well-known to the owners of the larger boats we had chartered for the ‘large group’, which made everything easier. And when we needed a closer pickup point to send off the small group before the large group, he (while traveling abroad, I might add), arranged for us to use his own boat storage facility, making the hotel-to-boat logistics much easier for all. His boat was arranged with water, ice, and coolers, in coordination with the Captain of the evening. Yali was a great communicator on iMessage – a behavior for which any organizer will be grateful – in anticipation of our arrival in Florda, and upon our arrival in Florida as we prepared final arrangements for our boating evening, including tweaking the pickup point. He is technologically capable, had great suggestions, and made a real effort when we needed to stagger our departures and make the logistics easier. Everyone enjoyed the evening, and the boat was terrific. Thank you, Yali, for your Florida hospitality. We would happily boat with you again.
