I wanted to experience some authentic Tunisian food and what better way than with real Tunisian local people. The day was well planned and structured my host was absolutely wonderful and made sure I felt comfortable and understood both the history and significance of certain foods. The location was just perfect as it is in the heart of the medina. The dishes we made were delicious as was the company. I left with a smile on my face a full stomach and I made some friends 'Mamacita' who cooked our dishes made me feel like one of her own family so I cannot recommend this experience enough to anyone wanting to try something different to what is currently offered in Sousse. You will have an excellent time, made good memories plus you learn how to cook dishes you may never have tried.
