Not keeping the promise. They didn't hand over the tickets and there was nobody in the designated place. We paid and didn't get, we had to get in the huge queue to join.
We misunderstood and did not have access to the dome. Would have to stand in long line We are 75 could not do.
Booking great. But at 6 p.m. at the booked time we were no longer allowed into St. Peter's Basilica or the dome. Think 17.30 would have been a better alternative. They're in the cathedral. Was very nice but would have been free.
I hired the service paying 10 euros and when I get to the place it was all free. I couldn't get up to the dome, it was only with QR code that wasn't sent
This is a scam! No need to buy this activity. The audio guide link does not work. We had to pay for the audio guides on site. We had no access to the crypt or the Dome. You had to queue to get in. Admission to the Basilica is free for all.
Unfortunately local government police blocked of area around vatican for dignitary visit. Didn’t get to take tour. Messages to visitor went unanswered. Really put a damper on the day.
Bought ticket for basilica, square dome and papal tombs. No ticket needed for basilica or tombs. Tried to go to Dome and wouldn’t accept Viator ticket or barcode. Requires QR code we did not get from Viator. Could have done our tour for free and saved the money

Just bad experience as the staff entrance did not accept our vouchers and instructed us to exchange it for physical museum tickets to enter. Supplier and Viator will. Ot refund my money despite the reason, disappointed as we did not get to visit the attraction.

Unfortunately, it seems these instructions were not followed, and you may have been misdirected by third-party resellers near the Vatican who often offer unrelated services or tickets. We always recommend carefully reviewing the instructions provided after booking and avoiding unauthorized sellers outside the official process. Lousy nobody takes care of me they didn't answer me for my tickets and my time and money wasted the truth I don't trust you again
