Ben was an excellent instructor in the tiramisu and gelato class. My 9-year-old son and I loved the experience!

Unfortunately, the receipes were really basic (e.g. simple sorbet instead of more difficult milk-based gelato) and there were no back-stories delivered at all (e.g. history of Tiramisù). The class was made in the seating area in a restaurant, which did not make a welcoming or professional impression. The "cook" was not a real chef and seemed unprofessional and inexperienced (this should not be a "studend job"). The sorbet and Tiramisú we cooked tasted well, which was the only positive aspect. Not worth the price...

We had such a good time! Thanks to Eleonora and Lily for so much enthusiasm and expertise! Would recommend as a must-do for a trip to Rome.

This was one of our favourite experiences in Rome. Our guide Lisa was so beautiful and patient with our daughter. The perfect experience for a family. We ate tiramisu all over Italy and this was absolutely the best. Such an authentic and unforgettable experience.

We enjoyed the personalized cooking lesson provided by Federica. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we prepared pineapple gelato and homemade tiramisu. We made every part of the tiramisu from scratch and not with premade processed ingredients as we might typically do in the US. Lots of fun but be prepared that the kitchen is hot as Italian kitchens are not air conditioned. Federica took photos and explained the process for both recipes well and made the experience unforgettable.

Pedarika is awesome. Explained every step, why it is important and shared some history. She treats you like family and made the kitchen so comfortable. Great birthday gift for my brothers. Her English is perfecto.
