Alex, our tour guide was awesome! Reliable and funny. We had a great horseback riding experience and fun along the way there and back. Highly recommend.

Not only was the experience as a whole traumatizing to myself and several others in my group. Alex the guide showed little to no concern for the party member that was bucked off the horse within minutes of the experience. The horses were filthy and unkempt, the equipment was shabby and unsafe, helmets thinner than a bicycle helmet. The horses were clearly untrained and dangerous. After the party member was seriously injured Alex did not show concern rather he opted to taxi everyone from the horse riding group to a tourist trap where he tried to have everyone buy from his friends at a special "discount" extremely uncomfortable and shady. This experience was a nightmare fever dream that I do not wish anyone to have to go through please of you are reading avoid at all costs. Alex shame on you!

Alex our guide and contact was absolutely fantastic, all communication prior to being picked up and our trip date was fantastic. He is a very knowledgeable man and personable. He let my husband ride along with us even though he was not riding with us. It was extra but that was okay. Will definitely book through him again for future visits. The horses are healthy and well cared for. We went down the beach and back just my daughter and I and one gentleman.

We really enjoyed our horseback experience in Ensanada. The beach was absolutely beautiful, away from the craziness of the city, and the horses were very well trained! Our tour guide drive us around a little after that and took us to some touristy places. It was very nice having them pick us up at the pier, and take us where we wanted to go. The car was clean, and our driver was very nice and answered all our questions.

Alex is a solo tour guide. Has a lot of info about town. But not a real guided tour with the horse. It was a “cousin” and horses are old and get spooked easy. I got thrown off horse.

What an amazing experience. We were treated like family from the moment we met Alex the owner. He took us to see beautiful Mountain View’s on horseback and gave us a vip tour to the blowhole and around town. So happy we made a last minute booking and had the day we did. Incredible and memorable!

The horses we were put on were not cooperating with the guide. He was fighting with them to not "take" off and/or go. We ended up going back after only a few minutes and not completing the ride.
