Great overview of Bilbao
Our guide Marvin was super passionate and energetic with so many interesting pieces of information. Really really enjoyed this tour. Anywhere we stopped he would ask if we had any questions and answered them fully. Would really recommend the tour.

Arrived on time at the meeting place, booked in Spanish, it was in English but they were already full, so we didn't do anything

Estimada Catia, no entendemos la reseña negativa. El día 21.09 se ofrecieron a las 12:30 tanto el tour histórico en Español (con Gillen) y el tour Historical in English (Con Saioa) Si reservaron en español, sería para participar en Español, y si reservaron en Inglés para el de Inglés. Ambos tours salieron, y damos siempre prioridad a las reservas online. Por lo que tendrían que haber atendido sin problema, al tour en el idioma reservado, había 2 guías. Recordad enseñar la reserva al guía y cerciorarse del idioma al que se asiste. Un cordial saludo

Good overview of Bilbao
Lots of walking and good history lessons. Guide is knowledgeable and interesting. Strong accent which made it a little difficult to understand for hard of hearing members of our group.
