What an incredible experience! Everything was handled so professionally—from the smooth pickup to the moment we were dropped back. The desert looked stunning during sunset, and the dune bashing was the perfect mix of excitement and comfort. The camp was beautifully set up, with plenty of activities to enjoy. We tried the camel ride, took great photos, and relaxed with Arabic coffee. The performances were the highlight of the night, especially the fire show—it was truly impressive. A memorable evening in Dubai! I would definitely recommend this safari to anyone looking for a real desert adventure.
I would rate the experience as average due to lot of reasons- 1. We paid an extra 200 AED for the VIP package, but the overall experience was quite average and not worth the upgrade. 2. The ATV ride was advertised as 30 minutes, yet we barely got 15–20 minutes. 3. Dune bashing and sand-boarding were the only activities that were fun. 4. The camel ride was another disappointment—we were given just one short round, and when we politely asked for another round to take pictures, the staff member responded very rudely. We were a group of four, but he allowed only two of us to take pictures and kept giving unpleasant looks the entire time. 5. For the 200 AED VIP upgrade, we were promised over 30 food items and proper table service, but none of that was provided. The food was cold, and the only “table service” we received was tea, coffee, and soft drinks—and even that was initially denied until we complained. 6. The washrooms were in terrible condition, with flushes not working in any of them. 7. The performances were mediocre as well. We had friends visiting other camps on the same day, and their experiences were much better in comparison. Unfortunately, based on what we went through, I wouldn’t recommend this particular camp.
