Good day . Sam tour guide explained a lot. She also helped me on my trip to Beret as i had not had confirmation of pick up point and seemed to be missing off the system despite me having confirmaton. Luckily she was doing the trip there as well ,so all was sorted eventually. So think Travelzoo needs to check systems.
A really enjoyable trip. lasted approximately 6 hrs and well worth the cost especially if you’re fortunate to have Daniel as your Driver and Guide. He was very informative, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Never book an excursion with that intermediary company; we booked and paid for an excursion to Kruja Castle in Albania where they never picked us up. After multiple calls since the night before, they could not contact the person doing the tour. In the morning, two hours before departure, they canceled it on us, using the excuse that it had rained and the road was closed, which was totally false. It rained 4 drops at night; we were informed that it was false. What these people gain is that if there is someone who books at a higher price, they cancel the excursion for you, who booked earlier at a cheaper price, for any excuse. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION FOR BOOKINGS, (proof of everything mentioned).

We really enjoyed this historical tour exploring the castle and appreciated the free time to look around the Bazaar at our own pace. The tour guide Dion was very informative, friendly and spoke excellent English. We were collected directly from our hotel which added to the relaxing experience.

After a slightly anxiety-inducing start (the meeting time was 8:20, the bus arrived at about 9:00 without notice), the excursion continued pleasantly. Arbr, our guide, is a very helpful and affable guy. Recommended.

Beautiful morning in Kruja! The guide Dion was great with very good English and good commentary, serious driver and pleasant driving. A small tip however: remember to wear walking shoes because the alleys of the site are slippery...
