We only stopped at McDonald's, either Viator lied on some stops or they decided not to stop, they changed pick up spot and got there a few minutes late but Orlando and the driver Milton were amazing. It was a14 hour day, very long day on bad seats that hurt the but 😆

It was supposed to be a nice experience but…..the bus never came to pick up . I got a tour with big bus tour operator and she particularly mentioned that the bus will stop in that particular point. I came 6:50 - ten !!!! Minutes earlier and til 8 am not a single bus came . The deposit of 30$ is of cause not refundable . Just stealing the money for service which was not planned to be provided . I double checked with seller the pick up poin it was my phone on the ticket so the driver can contact me but…..I messaged as well to the phone mentioned on the ticket .. no answer ever came

Website says it drops you off where they pick you up but they do not! We had to spend another $30 to get an Uber at night to take us too our hotel. Also waited 2 hours on the side of the road because the driver forgot 2 ppl in Key West!

This day trip from Miami to Key West was an amazing experience. Transportation was comfortable and well organized, and the staff was very friendly and attentive throughout the tour. Key West is a beautiful place, with plenty of time to explore, relax and enjoy the island atmosphere. Everything was very well coordinated, which made the trip quiet and stress-free. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.

The trip was a success a unique experience the super attentive and very cordial driver made an extra stop to watch the sunset which by the way was wonderful I recommend this company based on my experience for its punctuality, service and professionalism!!!! We were waiting at the selected starting point in the App and arrived an hour later because apparently they did not have it contemplated until we communicated, I think they have to have better internal communication. The itinerary was not made as shown in the post, only made a stop at a Mcdonald's where there was nothing to see and the other points only showed them but did not stop the bus, it was only slower for photo, in Key West it was only free time, we were not oriented about the points of interest, we looked for them. In short, it was only transportation not an experience as offered.
