Absolutely amazing day , made friends with the captains beautiful wife and his son , saw dolphins , sea turtle and stingrays , the snorkelling was out of this world with a fab guide , food on board was really nice hula island like the Maldives Thsnkyou to you all ❤️

All staff were excellent except a different tour guide named Mohammed whom didnt include us nor interacted with us to give us information about the trip because we didnt book to have him as the tour guide. So we felt unwelcomed and isolated having to ask friends we made whats going on due to him not telling us anything.

However, we would like to clarify that we do not have a guide or crew member named Mohammed on this tour. All of our staff members are highly trained and, as you mentioned, the rest of the team provided excellent service. It is possible that there was a misunderstanding, as some guests may have private guides accompanying them who are not part of our boat crew. We participated in the tour as a family with a small child. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The tour lasted about 7 hours All in all, a very good excursion
