The hot air balloon ride was a wonderful experience! Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire journey. My family and I had an amazing time and were able to capture some incredible photos and memories that we’ll cherish forever. The views were absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable adventure!
We were picked up on time. The staff were all very friendly. The balloon ride was beautiful and highly recommended.
The balloon ride experience was amazing! We were picked up at 5:20am and arrived shortly to the balloon site. It was a smooth ride all the way and the captain was very informative. 10/10 would definitely go again!
It was both reasonably priced and we were treated very well. The hotel pick-up and drop-off service was also on time. We didn't experience any problems. Only in the area where the balloons were floating were there children trying to hand you a bird. We thought they were with the company and took photos, then they asked us for money. Don't take anything from anyone in the heat of the moment. A hot air balloon ride is an experience everyone should have at least once.

It wasn't what we were expecting, but it was still pretty amazing! You're in a large basket with 9 sections. 8 sections that have 2-4 people in each one. And 1 section for the pilot. The pilot did an awesome job! A very smooth ride and landing. The ground crew was great too. They all worked very hard to make sure everyone had a memorable experience.

They picked us up at the hotel, the driver was very friendly, and then we arrived at the hot air balloon, it was a magnificent show. The flight went very well, the captain showed us many things. It was awesome. We will return. Thank you
