Reliable and easy! We booked airport transfer from city - GDN Airport for an early sunday morning departure. Even though we were late for the game (booked previous night at 10pm) we received confirmation via email within 15 minutes! A kind gentleman was there to pick us up right on time and managed to get to the airport easily! They also text you via Whatsapp when they’re ready to pick up! Also you know&pay the price beforehand which was roughly 30€.

8 of us on our first trip to Gdańsk and private transfer was the way to go. Driver at airport kept in touch and turned up when we all had our luggage. Driver on the return leg was waiting outside the hotel at 2.30am . Very efficient, highly recommend their services.

The driver was very good, he rang me when we arrived to let us know where he was waiting as our flight had been slightly delayed. On the journey to the hotel he pointed out several buildings of interest and gave us some facts about the city

Due to weather impact our flights were severely disrupted. I contacted Elite by e-mail to advise change in timings - severe change! Elite were very pro active and maintained contact by email and WhatsApp to ensure that the transfer was carried out albeit some 7 or 8 hours late! Further, I had ordered two taxis, inadvertently, but it was no problem to have the "additional" taxi changed over for a transfer back to the airport after out visit. Very positive, great driver, great value and very good communications.

Perfect service. We agreed to be picked up at the city center at 4.45 AM for a transfer to the airport. Taxi was right on time and the driver was very friendly.

Excellent from start to finish. I came across this company when I was searching for airport transfers as we were arriving in late to the airport on our first trip to Gdansk. I usually take public transport but as it was my first time and late I wanted to have a worry free trip in. I had quick answers to my email questions before I booked. Upon booking I got email confirmation straight away. I emailed on the day of travel just to confirm again (as I am a worrier!) I got email confirmation back again and also a whatsapp from the driver confirming he would meet me in arrivals. My flight was delayed 40 minutes leaving Ireland but the driver was still waiting for me in arrivals. We had a nice transfer straight in to our hotel. I booked a return trip to the airport a few days later. Again I had quick answers to my email questions in regards to the best time to book my transfer as I needed to be at the airport for 10am and I was unsure what time would be best due to morning traffic. Again I got email confirmation straight after booking on the website. Both times I booked i didn't need to pay in advance I had the option to pay the driver in cash or card, i chose cash which was easiest for me. My driver arrived 5 minutes early and came over to us as we sat outside the hotel, he introduced himself, checked my name to make sure I was the right person and took my bags and put them in the car. Again we had a good transfer to the airport. Very helpful and reliable company and I would definitely use again.

Nobody took in on us upon arrival. The driver called me repeatedly and informed me that he was late. He asked us to call him when we got the luggage something I did. Then we were told to leave the airport building. We waited a few minutes so the driver called again and wondered if we saw him. After a bit of tuting we noticed a black Mercedes as tuned and a person as winged. The reception was what we call a blessed root for 550 kr for the tour into ten Gdansk our hotel. Price by taxi the same stretch today came at 280 Norwegian kroner. Guess what I'll do next.
God morgen, jeg beklager situasjonen og jeg forsikrer deg om at jeg skal snakke med sjåføren fordi han skulle vente i ankomsthallen, vi tillater ikke kunder å lete etter sjåføren et sted på parkeringsplassen, noe som neppe vil skje her. Når det gjelder prisen, betalte du for tjenesten gjennom TripAdvisor, som krever over 30 % provisjon, derav forskjellen i pris.
