Great experience. Driver was cool and very communicative. We throughly enjoyed the beach at Margarittaville. It was absolutely gorgeous. Rick’s was cool but got crowded.
Javaugn was absolutely amazing. I booked this experience on Viator, and although Viator sent us a confirmation, Javaugn reached out as well confirming our booking. He was extremely professional during the entire experience. He stopped at the Negril sign and took photos of us and also stopped at a local Jamaican restaurant so we could get patties. The highlight for us was when we needed to use him unexpectedly the next day. We were in Negril on another excursion and needed the leave the tour early. We called Javaugn to see if he was available to pick us up. It was his day off and not only did he come right away but he got there much sooner than the transportation that was included in the tour was able to bring us back! We will always use his services when we come to Jamaica. I am a travel agent that books plenty of excursions for my clients. After the trip, I have been recommending his services to all of my clients that have upcoming trips to Jamaica. Javaugn we really appreciate your service and professionalism and can’t wait to see you during our next visit in November!

Me and my husband had a blast at Rick’s Cafe. Our driver was extremely wonderful. He took us to get a new suitcase since the airport completely damaged it. So a big thank you for that. We really appreciate it because The resort was charging &120 for a suitcase and location the he took us to only cost us about $50 😌 over all I really had fun and will most definitely book again whenever we return. Also will be telling my friends and family who travel. ✌️
We had a great day visiting Rick’s Cafe! The atmosphere was lively, the views were beautiful, and it was a fun experience all around. A special thank you to our driver with Fresh Prince Tours—he was kind, patient, friendly, and very professional. He made our transportation to and from the cafe smooth and stress-free, which really added to the overall experience. Definitely a highlight of our trip!
Thank you to Javaughn for making our experience a fun and very relaxed day. We did not know what to expect really but he was quite helpful over the day. He was kind enough to find us classic beef patties and to have us try them. Also he was very easy to talk to as we were in the transport for some time. Enjoyed a self paced tour of the famous 7 mile beach & Rick’s Cafe. Walked the beach & watched the cliff divers were the cafe. Highly recommend and would definitely rebook in the future!
