Very beautiful experience!!!
Excellent experience. Our guide Alex was perfect. He came to pick me up at 5:50 in the morning, right on time. He played soft music, because it was almost still night. He answered our questions, he was clear in his instructions. He planned to bring us a lunch to avoid the line (paid of course but very thoughtful). The return went very well too. I recommend his personalized and professional services to everyone. Thank you Alex for this wonderful day!

Simon was an excellent tour guide
Our tour guide was great. He picked us up at the hotel on time and we partnered with another tour guide at Auschwitz. It was very memorable. After the tour we went to a local place to eat and had dinner together. I am Canadian and Simon's English was great. There were no language issues what so ever.

Exceptional Service for a Profound and Meaningful Visit
We were incredibly fortunate to find tickets for the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour just three days before our visit. The price was very reasonable, but what truly stood out was the exceptional communication and service throughout the entire process.
For a visit of such profound historical and emotional significance, professionalism and sensitivity are extremely important, and this tour company handled everything with the utmost respect and care. The communication was clear, timely, and professional from beginning to end.

Average
It was good but still far from I saw and we expected. She will run through the talk but didnt at any moment offered time for questions obvsiously when time allowed. We heard other tours allowing questions.
Just an average tour guide.
The whole thing was amazing but the guide could´ve gone a bit further into everything that´s how we felt.

As a tour operator, we are responsible for the transportation and organization of the visit, but we have no influence on the way the Museum guides conduct the tours.
