The tour operator never showed up for my tour. They told me they would refund me but never did. They left me hanging at the arrival point with no tickets to the palace and no refund. Do not recommend this tour for anyone that values their time.
We are really please we the service we provide. Diego and Evelyn are really nice and explains everything really good. They were really patient every day they spend with us. I recommend their services 100%. Thanks for teaching us and showing us the beautiful city of Mexico.
No show of my guide I went by myself and paid for Uber myself and found out it was free to enter for seniors like me
