Fun interactive activity to do in Singapore! I did it with my significant other and we had ton of fun! I put 1 star in Meeting/Pickup because the experience was soured by the extremely rude dude in the counter but besides that i recommend this activity and excited to do another MONOPOLY in another place in Singapore! We took around 3 hours because we looked at shops and enjoyed the banana pie in Dona Manis.

Hidden Gem’s real life Monopoly was well worth the hype and better than I had imagined. Following clues and directions, we had tasks to complete and riddles to solve via WhatsApp with a virtual bot. The locations the game sent us to were engaging and fun. It was nice walking along the streets of Katong and learning more about the culture and heritage of the place. Think a mash up between real-life monopoly, a heritage trail, solving puzzles, walking and good food. We could even purchase food using Monopoly money! The only downsides were that we had only planned 1.5-2h for this activity, as stated on the website. I would highly recommend minimally 2.5h for this, and up to 5h for a maximum tour, taking it at a leisurely pace. Some directions weren’t too clear, but the hints were helpful and we found them easily enough. Another thing is that one must be careful as the game is phone based while walking. Be sure to look up while walking and beware of traffic. I thoroughly enjoyed the trill and would recommend this to residents and tourists alike. The streets of Katong were beautiful and quaint. I just wished I had more time to savour and soak everything in.

This version let’s you see all the important parts of Joo Chiat Rd and it’s rich and flavourful history. Worth the time spent around the area

It was fun especially because we could buy items using the monopoly money. But it was a little tiring

It's a very interesting experience as we get to explore Singapore's culture history and heritage. Even as a local, we get to learn a lot about our heritage, and it's a fun family bonding time for us. Will definitely explore other treasure hunts soon!

A thoroughly enjoyable experience. The trail featured many gems along Joo Chiat and was nicely paced. There were stops for delicious food, tidbits of history that shed light on the area, and an immersive Monopoly game experience that added to the fun! My family enjoyed the trail so much that we are already looking forward to doing another one!

Excellent experience for our family of four, including two primary schoolers! We are locals who are not familiar with the East, and decided to spend a meaningful June school holiday afternoon exploring the historical architecture and alleys, beautiful wall murals, quaint stores and delectable F&B outlets throughout Katong and Joo Chiat. We practically just followed the instructions, attempted activities, took our own time to get acquainted with local history and current business owners. There were many hidden gems, and some of whom had such amazing crafts, we bought merchandise from and promised to share more with our friends and family. Support local! We would highly recommend the trail. Some merchandise cannot be bought with cash, so do reserve some monopoly money for those. Rocky start at first but Edwin was quick to assist and my daughter & I were on our way to an amazing adventure! Taking a slow walk down the streets of joo Chiat/ east coast road was not only nostalgic, it was also an eye opener for my kid. The beautiful mosaic walls that we usually walk pass seem more colorful and attractive. We discovered alleys we never knew existed. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience. Took us about 3hrs to complete, tiring but fulfilling.
