Very kind and professional service. Our flight was rescheduled two times and the company agreed to pick up two days later with no extra charges! The driver Hala was punctual and polite. The pick up went smoothly and we were dropped off at the hotel.

Our airport pickup in Hurghada with this female-led transportation service was excellent. Our driver, Sarah, was professional, punctual, and incredibly kind. She greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. They communicated clearly, and I was grateful because the driver let me use her mobile data hotspot during the ride, as my phone was not working. She also kindly waited at my destination with me until the host came, so that I was not waiting alone without any data. Highly recommended!
