Great value . A little bit more than one hour , relaxing sound . They offer a tea too . There is no toilet upstairs, so before going up ( 3 level ) better go to toilet first . Friendly receptionist

Super expérience, if you want to spend one evening ( 1.5 hours ) relax . It is cheap compare to other activities on Viator and we had a great time . You basically lay down and you can even sleep . You just let the teacher do her music stuff and you relax . I even tried instruments with my friend at the end . Great activity , good price and easy.

While in Canggu last month, I was looking for a meditation sound healing session as I’d been feeling quite stressed. I came across ADDA, which had great reviews, and the photos of the studio looked beautiful, so I was really looking forward to it. The experience was a little different to what I expected. I had imagined a more enclosed, air-conditioned space, but it was more of a rooftop-style setting. There was some noise from the road, and it was quite warm, which made it a bit harder for me to fully relax. That said, the practitioner was very calm, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable, which I really appreciated. I can see how this type of environment would suit others—it just wasn’t quite what I personally needed on the day. Overall, a good experience in terms of the practitioner, but I do think the photos/advertising could better reflect the space so expectations are clearer.

Went for sound healing yesterday. Experience was so great that my husband fell asleep right next to me! Only qualm is there's construction going on so there is abit of distraction.

You wind your way up n up the spiral staircase all the way to the rooftop. You are warmly greeted and then go thru to the area where the sound healing was to take place. It’s a wee sanctuary away from the madness of Canggu. The sound bath was very relaxing and meditative and afterwards you are guided back to the real world and your experience is finished. But then you are invited to ask questions or try the bowls. A really lovely experience 🙏

A beautiful location(high above the milling in the streets), the sound bath way shaded, authentic and peaceful. It was the perfect place to practice my meditation.

The best yoga studio in bali, you can try and proof it, a lot of experience there especially chakra sound sanctuary session, pranayama and meditation. Thanks
