Good value and on time. Picked up and dropped off at hotel. The van was modern and air conditioned :)

Booked hotel pickup which was confirmed and money booked off my bank account. Then on the day itself, when it couldn't be cancelled anymore, they called that I had to walk 20min to another location, to wait outside in the heat. As they also arrived late I spent 30min sweating profusely, not ideal. Also, the visiting time is too short if you want to swim.

Everything went smoothly, the pick up worked on time. I just wish we’d have had more time. 2,5hrs at the waterfall and surroundings is not enough especially when there’s heavy queueing and many other tourists.

I rate this business a five star because they provided good service at a very affordable rate. However I would not rate the experience of the waterfalls a five star. While the waterfall is lovely and the pools are a color of blue that looks fake (but not :), this place has unfortunately become too over touristed. This is not uncommon obviously. I just wish we all did a better job of being tourists and local economies didn’t become dependent on cheap tourism.
