In my experience. The beaches are very beautiful and the waters crystal clear BUT too dirty. I understand that this comes from the country itself, but no one from the Tour cares about being responsible. Also, you cannot walk and get lost on the beach during free time, you literally have a small space reserved per group! By the way, if you hate work, or have some autoimmune disease that prevents you from being nearby, this excursion is not for you, this has been an incredible smoking den! No one respects the spaces and this is an activity for 100% smokers. There was no space or respect for those of us who do not smoke.

The boat trip was very nice, and we really enjoyed visiting both Orange Bay and Hula Hula Islands. The only thing we were disappointed with was that we weren’t able to get the videos of our scuba diving. The crew asked us to pay upfront without showing us the videos first. They told us that the videos would be sent to us the next day, but unfortunately, we still haven’t received them.

⚠️ AVOID THE SEA STAR AND THIS ACTIVITY WITH THIS COMPANY! We had an extremely disappointing and, above all, very worrying experience with the SEA STAR boat during our snorkeling activity on September 13. While all the tourists were in the water, our belongings remained on board. Upon our return, we discovered that our phone had disappeared. It was in the front pocket of our bag. We immediately asked to check the surveillance cameras. And then, surprise: the cameras turn off when the boat's engine is stopped. The boat's employees were, to our knowledge, the only people who knew that the cameras did not work in this situation. Even more worrying, instead of actually looking for a solution, the employees pushed us to believe that another tourist could have stolen our phone, even though all the tourists were in the water and the employees were the only people who remained on board. We also noticed that some employees bring their children with them during the activities, which means that additional people can be present on board while the tourists are in the water. Given all the circumstances—the missing phone while we were all in the water, the employees who remained on board, the cameras that conveniently do not work when the engine is cut, and the fact that the employees knew about this operation—we are convinced that the theft cannot be considered a simple theft committed by a tourist. We find the situation extremely suspicious. We called the police. We were told that they would come upon our arrival, but once we arrived, we were finally told that the police could not come to this location. In the end, no real solution was offered to us. We were disgusted and very disappointed by this experience and especially by the way the situation was handled. We came to enjoy an activity and we left with a stolen phone and the feeling of not having been taken seriously. 👉 AVOID THIS ACTIVITY AND THIS COMPANY. If you decide to board the SEA STAR anyway, keep your valuables with you and do not trust the boat's surveillance system.

Be careful with what they sell you because they scam you later. We booked the excursion with transfer included and a Spanish-speaking guide. Nothing they told us was true. The only good thing was the treatment we received during the journey. I got sick and they were very attentive to me. But even though the transfer was included and despite the complaints and emails sent (which I have proving me right), they have not refunded the cost of the transfer.

This tour is not luxury as they advertise, the food is of low quality, the boat has nothing luxurious about it, it is rather old, then the pickup was in an old car without seat belts and on top of that it wouldn't start, the boat left super late because we were waiting for one person, the only good thing it had were the guides who were very kind but of course it is not their fault that these agencies promote luxury when there is none.

We felt very safe and comfortable during the excursion. They always made sure that we were doing well and paid close attention to safety during the snorkeling stops. The food on the boat was really delicious. Our guide Khaled was really top-notch!!! Many thanks to the entire crew for this beautiful experience. I would book through the provider Noun travel again anytime.
