Ell was such a fun, caring guy with a great sense of humor plus he captures good photos . As someone who’s naturally inquisitive, I loved how patiently and thoroughly he answered all my questions about the country (he really knows his stuff). Being a traveler himself, he shared not just travel tips but also thoughtful life advice. He honestly felt like a big brother you could count on even if it was just for a moment during the trip.

He speaks fantastic English, is personable, catered to our needs, and is very knowledgeable of the history, culture, food, architecture, and Baku today. Azerbaijan is a gem is needs to be put at the top of the map for top travel destinations—it’s a melting pot of rich culture and a beautiful city. We enjoyed going to the outskirts of the city with El to also see the glyphs, the ever burning flames, and geothermal mud landscapes. Would go back again and definitely use El!
