It was a fiasco. I was told by you that my driver would have a sign board. I spent over an hour walking up and down the line of taxis. There was no sign board with my name. It turns out, rather than hold up a sign board, he was trying to call me. Meanwhile, I was trying to call you. But there was a glitch when my US service provider tried to connect me and for my first three hours in the UK I could neither make nor receive calls. That shouldn't have mattered if your driver did what he was supposed to do: hold uo a sign board. So I never found him and I had to pay 350 pounds for a taxi to take me to London. I'm furious that your driver was so incompetent i want my money refunded
