I was going to wait until we got back home to leave this review, where I could share more personal photos. But I was so excited about our day, that I decided to leave an immediate review for others to compare. Lucio with Yellow Cap Experience was absolutely amazing.. I was extremely worried that a small group wouldn’t happen, but Lucio decided to do the tour although it was only my husband and I. That tells you everything you need to know about the company. He supplied water and snacks during the drive and directed us to the major points of interest at each location. I also had my own personal photographer, which beats a selfie everyday day of the week… as I am rarely in the photos! We could not have been happier. He then recommended a great area to watch the sunset with multiple choices for dinner. Since it was on the route back to our original drop-off location, we opted to end the tour there. Best day ever. This was a fabulous way to spend a day seeing the natural beauty around Vancouver. Our guide, Lucio, was flexible and picked us up in a comfortable, new large SUV at our hotel near the cruise terminal. He had water for us and proceeded to tell us about the communities like North and West Vancouver as we drove north to see the beautiful coastline on our way Squamash waterfalls. Magnificent to see. We decide to take a 10 minute walk from the falls to where you board the gondola to the top of The Chief - a 2900’ high viewing spot. We were able to see for miles (despite the haze from fires), walk across suspension bridge and relax for a bit in the shops/restaurant. Lucio filled us in on the geography and history of the area. Afterwards Lucio took us to where “Jack’s Bar” is filmed for the show Virgin River. Saw a bald eagle perched nearby. The trip back to Vancouver included a stop in Horseshoe Bay - a charming coastal community. Lucio got us back to our hotel right on time. Yellow Cap and Lucio really took care of our 2-couple group. I strongly recommend him for your Vancouver experience.

We had the most incredible experience on the Sea to Sky excursion with Lucio! From the moment we met him, his warmth, energy, and genuine passion for what he does were so evident. He is not only incredibly personable, but also deeply knowledgeable about the area, sharing fascinating insights and stories throughout the day that made the experience even more meaningful. Lucio thoughtfully arranged everything for us, including taking us up the gondola to the top of the mountain, where we found ourselves surrounded by snow and absolutely breathtaking views. It felt seamless, relaxed, and perfectly curated. He even took photos for us so we could fully enjoy the moment without worrying about capturing it ourselves. What stood out most was how cared for we felt the entire time. Lucio goes above and beyond to create a memorable, personalized experience, and it truly shows. His enthusiasm is contagious, and it’s clear he genuinely loves what he’s building. We cannot recommend this experience highly enough and are so grateful to have been part of it. This was an amazing experience. Lucio went above and beyond to make our trip special. It honestly was the best tour we have ever been on. Would book a tour with YellowCap again when in Vancouver!!
