This class was great and the instructor was so kind and patient with us with our limited Japanese. By the end we could make miso soup, sushi, sesame vegetables and vegetable tempura! We would recommend this class to anyone wanting to get an idea of how to make a home cooked japanese meal. She walked us through each step, had us try things along the way and in the end spoke with us about what it was like to live in Japan. She even showed us our first Sukura Blossoms! We felt very welcome and appreciate the time she took to teach us.
Thank you very much. I’m so glad you enjoyed it. Did you try making the sushi rolls at home? How did it go? The flowers we saw in the park that day were peach blossoms. The cherry blossoms bloomed a week later. I gave you the wrong information. Please let me know if you have a chance to visit Japan again. Also, I sent you an email, but it seems the address was incorrect, so it didn’t reach you.
