キオッジャ・クルーズ・ポートに到着した乗客には、クルーズターミナルのすぐ外で運転手がパーソナライズされた名前表示でお待ちしています。 制限港エリアは自家用車ではアクセスできませんのでご注意ください。 乗客は、ターミナルゲートのすぐ外側にある指定された集合場所まで、船から少し歩いて行く必要があります。 通常、必要に応じて港湾職員やシャトルバスが旅行者の荷物のお手伝いをします。 ドライバーに会ったら、荷物の全面的なサポートを受け、目的地まで安全かつ快適に移動できるよう、自家用車またはミニバンにエスコートされます。 ドライバーが必要に応じて連絡できるように、携帯電話の電源を（できればWhatsAppで）入れておくことをお勧めします。

Francesco was awesome. Our boat was late in docking, but he waited for us and made sure we made it to Venice on time for our water taxi. So nice to not have to try and figure out all the logistics of getting to our hotel.
