They don’t take no for an answer when they are trying to upsell for stuff. Same goes for the gift shop which is terribly overpriced.

We had a wonderful time, beautiful weather and nice scenery. Healthy and well cared for horses, very nice people at the ranch. They took wonderful pictures - those cost extra though.
