It goes far beyond the typical wine tasting where we take sips of different wines while being told the characteristics we’re supposed to perceive. I experienced it as a sensory game, where we learn to train our sense of smell (the often-forgotten one) to approach wine in a different way - through our own perception- in a fun and very pleasant atmosphere among participants, and with a great dose of wine knowledge (Cris is an absolute expert in the field). 100% interesting and highly recommended for anyone interested in wine and in Mediterranean culture.

A different kind that inspires you to repeat
I had the pleasure of attending a wine tasting session organized by Cristina. I loved it. It wasn’t a taste like we’re used to; it was a different sensory experience, very well guided and creative. A different technique. Those of us who are passionate about this world loved the approach. We enjoyed an excellent class and a very creative group. We'll repeat, for sure.
