From the beginning it was made clear after booking this tour for the meeting area. I went to the meeting point (Arusha Clock tower). Nobody was there to pick me up and many people from there pushed me to buy their arts, and someone from the area which was not Honest took me for the tour after not finding him there for more than 40 minutes. I paid again for the street guide which asked me for a fixed price and is more expensive than the tour itself. This tour is affordable in Arusha but for me it has become the most expensive. I do not recommend it at all.
Honest was very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming right from the start. He made a few tweaks to the itinerary depending on our interests and nothing was a problem. It was a pleasure to spend the day with him. We also had a local lunch together after the 'official' part of the tour finished and the conversation flowed easily.
We were met exactly on time, he was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Went beyond what we expected.
City walking tour with this super chill and smart young guide. It felt like a history lesson of Arusha. It’s great for a by of background of the area and to see some popular spots. The Cutural Heritage Centre was a highlight. Ask Honest to snap some pics for you as well as he is a talented photographer.
The guide was pretty average, and the choice of places we went to was very bad, they always bring you to the shopping place. They do not take you to towns and historic places. Finally they come to ask me for an extra cost because my guide who was supposed to pick me up wasn't him. And I was asked for the refund they told me to refund but nothing. I would suggest spending that money by yourself while looking for a guide on the area you are going, much better than this worst tour.

Excellent tour of the city, very comprehensive. Honest is a young guide but very responsible with us tourists. We visited the African Art Gallery, we had the experience of getting to know beautiful jewelry with Tanzanite, several historical monuments in the city of Arusha, local markets, etc. We had a very pleasant afternoon.

Honest is a local guy, super friendly. He took us to the market right to the spot where the best photos are taken because he saw that I had a professional camera; we were three women, and we always felt cared for; he was always attentive. He showed us the tourist part and also a local aspect. He is a young man who, in my opinion, is starting his guiding business and he does it very well. I would call him again. I recommend him 100%.

A variety of experiences awaits you on this tour. The art museum and the Tanzanite gallery were interesting. The city itself is busy, the driving crazy, with crowded semi- walkable streets and a heavy smell of petrol. Save your souvenir money for the Zanzibar markets. But I’m glad I visited Arusha, nonetheless.

Honest is very knowledgeable about the city and its roots . If you want to learn about the local and Tanzanian culture and history I highly recommend doing this tour . He had a bit more time at the end of the tour and helped me order food at a local restaurant as well . A great experience overall .
