We did the Mount Batur jeep sunrise experience during our honeymoon in Bali and honestly had such an amazing morning from start to finish! Booking through the website was really easy, quick and efficient. The organiser was very responsive whenever we had any questions and made sure we were well informed about everything beforehand, including timings and what to expect. Everything felt well organised and we felt really accommodated throughout, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. Santana was our driver who picked us up from our hotel, took us to the meeting point and then drove us back afterwards. He was so lovely, friendly and welcoming from the beginning and made the journey really comfortable, especially considering how early the start was! 😂 He was punctual, made sure we knew where we were going and we felt very well looked after. Our jeep driver was also amazing! Unfortunately I can’t remember his name, but he was so friendly and made the actual jeep experience so much fun. He took us to a beautiful spot to watch the sunrise and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the views without ever making us feel rushed. He was also amazing at taking photos and videos of us! We really appreciated this as we’re on our honeymoon and wanted to capture the experience together. He knew all the best spots and angles and made such an effort to get lovely photos and videos for us. The sunrise itself was absolutely beautiful and the jeep ride around Mount Batur was so much fun. The scenery was incredible and the whole morning felt like a proper experience rather than just going up, seeing the sunrise and coming straight back. From how easy it was to book, to the communication beforehand, Santana taking care of our transfers and our lovely jeep driver, everything went so smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was genuinely kind and welcoming. We would 100% recommend booking through them if you’re thinking of doing the Mount Batur jeep sunrise. It has genuinely been one of our favourite experiences in Bali so far and such a special memory from our honeymoon 🤍🌅

Had an unforgettable experience today watching the sunrise over mount batur , our driver Sentana was excellent and very attentive , he took us to the rice fields and the waterfalls . He went out of his way to take us to a less busy waterfall just because we wanted to swim , Sentana also made sure we had plenty of photos

We did the Mount Batur jeep tour today and honestly, it was such an amazing experience from start to finish. Our driver, Sentana, was incredibly friendly and made the whole day really enjoyable. We were especially lucky with the weather — the sunrise was absolutely perfect and definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The jeep driver who took us up the mountain, Jero, was also great. He was really kind and shared lots of interesting insights about local life as we made our way up and back down. Along the way, we also got to see the incredible black lava rock, which was really impressive. After the jeep tour, Sentana took us to a coffee farm where we got to taste different coffees and chocolate. This wasn’t included in our booking, so it was a really nice extra surprise and completely free! We then visited the Tegallalang Rice Terrace and finished the day at a beautiful waterfall where we could swim — perfect after such a hot day. A big thank you to Sentana and Jero for making the day so special — you both went above and beyond and we really appreciated it! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.

This tour was absolutely fantastic! The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. Every detail was well-organized, allowing us to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.
