We travelled with the tour guide Chaminda who picked us up from the airport. This was our second time travelling with Nature Caves. Similar to last time, it was a memorable experience. The customer service and professionalism was outstanding. Thank you Nature Caves and Chaminda.

Uthsara was our driver for two weeks, for my wife and me. He is the most professional person we met during our entire trip to Sri Lanka, a real gem. Always available, early in the morning as well as late at night, he helped us discover places that only a local knows. We toured Sri Lanka with Uthsara Buwanajith as our driver and couldn't have asked for better. We booked our private driver and tour guide directly through Nature Caves, and the experience far exceeded anything we could have imagined. From the very first message, the communication and organization were exceptional, and the service Ryan (Rumesh)—our driver and now friend—provided made our trip truly unforgettable. Nature Caves built a customized itinerary based on our interests, handled every detail, and Ryan worked with us throughout the journey to make adjustments whenever needed. It felt completely personalized. His connections, local knowledge, and thoughtful suggestions elevated our trip far beyond what we could have planned on our own. Whether it was securing tickets, getting us upgrades, saving us money, or finding incredible places to eat, everything was seamless and stress-free. Ryan constantly went above and beyond—using his connections, surprising us with King coconuts, red bananas, roadside curd with treacle, and so many other treats he was excited to share as part of teaching us about Sri Lanka. We saw leopards in Yala, hung out of the blue train over the Nine Arches Bridge, enjoyed delicious Sri Lankan cuisine, and learned so much about the country’s culture and history. Sri Lanka is stunning, and having a private driver/guide is absolutely the best way to experience as much as possible. We are incredibly grateful for every moment and cannot recommend Nature Caves and Ryan highly enough. We will definitely return—and we already know who we’ll be booking with when we do.

We spent 15 wonderful days in Sri Lanka with Kithsiri as our driver. He was very friendly, available, and flexible throughout the stay. We had an incredible stay in Sri Lanka thanks to Nature Caves and especially to Shammi! Shammi provided excellent advice throughout the stay. He knew how to guide us toward the must-see spots, but also advised us when certain activities were less worthwhile. He also organized all the activities we wanted to do, with always very fluid communication. In addition to being very professional, Shammi is a joyful, attentive, and truly very friendly person, which largely contributed to making our stay even more pleasant. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional experience in Sri Lanka – Thank you Indounil! We spent 10 days in Sri Lanka accompanied by our driver Indounil and we had a wonderful experience. From the beginning, everything was very simple and smooth. The agency was very attentive to our desires and our initial itinerary, while offering us many relevant ideas for visits and discoveries. But we especially want to thank Indounil, who contributed greatly to making our stay so pleasant. Always smiling, available, and very kind, he took great care of us throughout the trip. He was always thinking of providing us with bottles of water, advised us very well, and took us to places that really matched what we were looking for. With him, organizing a visit, modifying the schedule, or simply getting around was always very easy. We felt totally free on our trip, while benefiting from his advice and his knowledge of Sri Lanka.
