I requested for refund with 2tickets I’m not use and they couldn’t refund because the ticket already issued
This is scamming customers, we have the kids under 1.0meter and it totally free but they didn’t let us any option for this ,beside unclear information
recently purchased tickets online for your park. According to your policy, children under 1.0 meter are free of charge. However, when booking online, there was no option to select children under 1.0 meter.
Additionally, the information provided on the website was unclear and did not clearly explain how to register or include children under 1.0 meter in the booking.
This caused confusion and inconvenience for my family. I kindly request clarification on the correct booking process for children under 1.0 meter and suggest updating the website to provide accurate and complete information.

We’re sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. Children under 1.0 meter are admitted free of charge, and we understand the booking flow did not make this clear at the time of your purchase.
We have started the refund process for the two tickets. The overview section has now been updated to clearly state the child entry policy and explain how it applies during booking.

Fun day out
Worth a day out. Lots to do. Particularly in the water park. Looks like they’re building a new kids area. Lots of rides. Fun.

Amazing theme park. A must do in Phu Quoc.
Amazing place with something for everyone. Really need two days to enjoy everything though. Forget about trying to do VinWonders and Safari in same day though. We arrived at opening, left at closing and felt like we slightly rushed all the sightseeing activities to have more time in water activities and rides. Wait times for rides varied between no wait to 15 minutes depending on popularity and time of day. Highly recommend going.
