From the moment we landed in Santorini, everything was perfect. Despite our flight delay, our driver patiently waited for us at the airport and welcomed us with a smile. The Mercedes was immaculate, luxurious, and extremely comfortable. The journey to Fira was smooth, safe, and stress-free, allowing us to start our vacation in the best possible way. Professional service, excellent communication, and outstanding attention to detail. We wholeheartedly recommend this company to future visitors of Santorini. If you’re looking for a dependable and high-quality transfer experience, look no further!
My wife and I are on our honeymoon and we had a poor experience. The driver was supposed to pick us up at 12:15pm for a 2:15pm ferry but didn’t arrive till 12:50pm. This created a huge rush and was very stressful. I would have ordered an uber or taxi if they let me know earlier that they would be late. Instead, at 12:10pm I got a not that said they would be 15 minutes late. I totally understand that and it would have been fine. The issue is this happened 2 more additional times. When we thought he would be 15 minutes late and arrive at 12:25pm, he texted us saying 15 more minutes. Then this happened again. He got there and we rushed to the port in time for our ferry but barely. I would not recommend this to anyone. Too stressful given they said they would be 15 minutes early to pickup. That means they were 50 minutes late which doesn’t work well when I am on a tight deadline.

It is correct that the pickup took place at approximately 12:50 PM however, there was still sufficient time to reach the port for the scheduled 2:15 PM ferry departure, which was successfully achieved. On the day of the transfer, there was unexpected traffic that affected arrival timing. We communicated the delay in advance and informed you that there was no need to worry, as based on local conditions and timing, arrival at the port would still be on schedule. We also note that no concern or complaint was raised during the transfer itself or on the same day, and we only became aware of your dissatisfaction the following day. We fully understand that delays can create stress, especially during an important trip such as a honeymoon, and we regret that this impacted your experience. At the same time, we aim to provide an accurate account of the events and reassure future travelers that the transfer was completed successfully and the ferry was reached on time.
Overall, the experience was good. However, the ferry was delayed for an hour, and we did not have the driver’s phone number, so we felt very worried at the time. Fortunately, when we got off the ferry, we saw the driver holding up a sign with our name on it. He was very friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic.
Our private transport driver in Santorini was very accommodating and always on time in picking us up. We had a smooth and comfortable experience throughout our trip. Highly recommended transportation service!
Waiting as soon as we got off the ferry. Loaded our bags for us, and got us safely to our hotel. Would use again, very good.

As a solo female traveler I was a little nervous about traveling to Santorini, but all anxiety was gone as soon as I met Adonis! He had a big sign with my name on it, friendly smile, had fun facts to tell me about beautiful Santorini, gave me a good introduction and most importantly I felt safe and in good hands as he drove carefully and professionally. Everything about this company (and Adonis) is professional - and their customer service is excellent!! They even responded quickly to an email question I sent at 1am!! Following my first impressive experience, I instantly booked them for a day tour and port drop off. I absolutely 10000% recommend this company, I can’t say enough great things about them. In September we had an excellent transfer experience in Santorini. From the beginning to the end, everything went perfectly. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and air-conditioned. In general, you felt like you were in good hands – with people who know the island and love what they do.
