The trip was largely average and fell significantly short of expectations. The most frustrating aspect was that several destinations on the itinerary were closed during our visit — and at no point did TripMore, the driver, or any representative proactively inform us about this in advance to replan and visit some other places. We were left to discover this only upon physically arriving at each closed site (bisarian vaelly, gundola rides, chandramaadi and dhoodpartri - Shaliganga River lake) , which was not only a waste of precious travel time but also felt deeply misleading. Noone will give this information and mislead touriest. This is not merely a logistical lapse — it amounts to misrepresentation of the package. Travelers pay for an experience that is clearly outlined, and being kept uninformed about such critical updates is unacceptable. There is also no mention of these closures or limitations on the company's website or promotional material, which only adds to the concern. Furthermore, the assigned driver showed very little enthusiasm or initiative throughout the trip. Rather than suggesting alternate destinations to compensate for the closed sites, he repeatedly pressured the group to head back early, citing traffic concerns — which felt more like a personal inconvenience than a genuine concern for our experience. I strongly urge TripMore to: • Provide timely pre-trip communication about destination availability • Train drivers to offer helpful alternatives when original plans fall through • Update tour listings and websites with accurate, real-time information I hope this feedback leads to meaningful improvements so future guests have a genuinely enriching experience. TripMore needs to take this seriously — better communication, better-trained drivers, and honest, updated information on their platform would go a long way. For now, I would not recommend this package to anyone looking for a well-organized, fulfilling Kashmir experience. If you already planned, then go with family relatives; that would give more edge in negotiating.

Just returned from a mesmerizing trip to Kashmir! The valley is truly paradise on earth. We covered Srinagar, Gulmarg, and Sonmarg, and every view was breathtaking. A special shoutout to our guide and my beloved baccha ASIF for making the journey so smooth and safe. Highly recommended! HE made our trip truly special . The roads in Kashmir can be tricky, but ASIF was exceptional. He was A true guide who knew the best photo spots, good places to eat, and how to avoid tourist traps.
