Fantastic thought provoking experience our tour guide Zuzanna was exceptional so knowledgable we never felt rushed and her delivery was fantastic really understanding the history and bringing to life this truly terrible time in history. So much to learn and hard to believe this barbaric horrendous time in history ever happened. Really moved by this trip. The trip itself went like clockwork and was very efficient would recommend.

Everything went as promised by the organizer. Pick-up took place at the agreed place at the agreed time. There were a little less than a busload of people on the trip. We knew the whole time what was going to happen next, what you couldn't take with you and what you had to bring. We bought the lunch bag from the organizer the day before, and it was waiting for us after the first round as promised. The guide was the same in both Auschwitz I and Birkenau. The guide was great.

Very good communication between us and the company. Our driver Janek was a lovely young man and very polite. The tour itself was excellent and Iwould highlyrecommend it. We got lunch which was very nice and plentiful. Good value for money.

Lots of walking but to walk in the steps of millions of people who were slaughtered by the Nazis was a very humbling sureal experience. The tour guide Mical was so passionate about the history and made the group aware of how umportant history is and the suffering endured by millions of jewish people. So glad I went as although you think you know the story you must see it with your own eyes.

We visited Auschwitz last Wednesday, 5th August, and it was an experience that I don't think any of us will ever forget. The meeting point for the tour was very straightforward to find, and the coach arrived on time. The coach itself was clean and immaculate. The journey was a little long, but that was expected, and everything was well organised when we arrived. The morning was spent at Auschwitz I before travelling on to Birkenau (Auschwitz II). It is honestly impossible to put into words the feelings you experience throughout the day. It is incredibly emotional, but when visiting Kraków, we felt it was important to learn about and understand this part of history. The scale of the camps and what happened there is beyond anything you can really imagine. You should definitely prepare yourself for a very emotional and subdued day. You leave with an awful lot to think about. Our tour guide, Anna (I believe that was her name), was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us so many interesting facts and details throughout the tour. She was also very respectful when talking about such a tragic and sensitive part of history, which I really appreciated. The only advice I would give is to be prepared if you are visiting during hot weather. We went on a day when temperatures were around 36°C, and it was incredibly hot, particularly at Birkenau where there is very little shade. Take plenty of water, wear a hat and, if possible, take an umbrella for some extra protection from the sun. Unfortunately, because of the heat and the lack of shade, part of our visit to Birkenau had to be shortened. On our journey back to Kraków, the coach unfortunately broke down and we had to wait around an hour at a service station for another coach. Obviously, this wasn't ideal, but these things happen and were completely outside the tour company's control. We were eventually taken back to our original drop-off point. Overall, it is a very long and emotional day, and you may find yourself feeling quite subdued afterwards. However, it is also an incredibly important experience and one that I would definitely recommend. Seeing the camps, learning the history and understanding the scale of what happened is something you cannot truly appreciate until you have been there yourself. A very sad but incredibly important day, and one that I am glad we experienced.

Very good experience, information before and during the trip was to the point and helped a lot with own planning. Service from Hello Cracow, trip leader Michał and the guide at the destination were spot on and on the day our large group was navigated through efiiciently with no extra delays. Definitely worth the fee and would recommend for everyone interested. Long trip so useful to pay attention to the information given. Special thanks to the guide for deep knowledge and compassionate presentation.

Very good day, learnt a lot about the horrors that people were suffering, very sad & emotional day but I think everyone should learn about this so it never happens again.
