Fay was absolutely wonderful! Knowledge was outstanding of the area and we enjoyed delightful gluten feee food we never would have had on our own. Her follow up with the places we visited was exceptional and timely. I highly recommend Fay and her tour!

Gluten Free Paris!
We had a great tour with Fay! The gluten free gems on this tour were worth every penny! Everything from pastries, to spreads, to charcuterie! Fay is celiac and has done the work of discovering the best baguettes, quiches, and more! The tour also includes a few landmark sites that are wonderful including the Saint Sulpice church and Luxembourg gardens. Fay is really knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Overall this was a great tour! I highly recommend!

Gluten free walking tour with a bit of history.
Fay was passionate about her city, very knowledgeable about the history. The walking tour gave us an insight into Paris beyond the streets. The gluten free options were delicious and plentiful.

Great host but low value for $$$
The tour guide was lovely and knowledgable, providing interesting information about the neighbourhood. The value and variety of food choices were not in line with the cost. Fresh fruits, vegetables and tastings from a variety of restaurants were not. included. The only food from one bakery chain and one local bakery/grocer.

Hi Julie, I do not understand your feedback. As described on the tour page, the gluten-free tour includes tastings of a gluten-free viennoiserie, pastry, baguette, cheeses, wine, quiche per person and a stop at one of Paris best gourmet stores for an old-fashioned macaron and other traditional products. All these tastings are included in the price and there is no extra fee during the experience. The bakery chain is the best gluten-free one right now in Paris and the grocer you mention is a local organic gourmet store that offers gluten-free quiches fresh from the oven. If you did not have all these tastings on that day please email me at pariswithfay@gmail.com so I can understand what happened and see what I can do. Best, Fay

Fantastic Experience for Anyone Visiting Paris Gluten-Free
As someone with coeliac disease, travelling can sometimes be stressful because I'm always wondering where I'll be able to eat safely. This tour completely took that worry away.
Our guide, Fay, is beautiful, was warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. It felt more like exploring the city with a local friend than being on a guided tour. She mixed the history and culture of the Saint-Germain area with brilliant gluten-free recommendations, and I learned so much along the way.
The food was outstanding. The pastries and baguettes from Copains and the pains au chocolat from Le Pont Traversé were some of the best gluten-free baked goods I've ever eaten. We also stopped at Hédonie for coffee and discovered some fantastic gluten-free products. Walking through the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens and browsing places like Maison Brémond and Carré d'Artistes made the afternoon feel about much more than just food.
I also appreciated that Fay pointed out places to come back to later, including Grom for gluten-free ice cream and Chapon, famous for its chocolate mousse. Those extra recommendations helped me make the most of the rest of my stay.
This tour gave me something that's hard to put a price on: confidence. Instead of worrying about where I could safely eat, I left with a list of wonderful places and some fantastic memories. If you're visiting Paris and eat gluten-free, I genuinely can't recommend this tour enough. Thank you, Fay, for such a memorable afternoon.

Wanted more Bang for our Buck
Having gone on other food tours, the last in Prague, where we had 5 stops starting with appetizers, dinner options, and ending with desserts and an after dinner drink for 2/3 the price. The money spent did not compare with the food we received. For $360 we had a gluten free pastry when we first met, Fay purchased a single eclair for us to share (which she gave us when we parted), we sampled olive oils and spreads at a local shop and we each selected a personal size quiche to have at another local shop along with a charcuterie board for 2, baguette and a small bottle of wine. The walking tour of the area was delightful, but I booked it to enjoy the gluten free foods in Paris as I have celiac disease. I was expecting much more.

Hi, I am sorry you felt that way. Prices of activities/amount of food cannot be compared between Paris and Prague as the cost of living is different and way higher here. I proposed to you to take the éclair home, only if wanted, because most of the guests are full at the end of the tour and prefer that option. This tour is a food tour but also a historical tour - something you appreciated - and the price is based on a quality historical content written by a local guide and not only on the amount of food you receive. Also, the products you tasted are among the best of Paris: the gourmet store offers some of the finest products and you got to try many things there-rare old-fashioned macarons among them. I decided to do one éclair for 2 at the end because the tour includes already many sweets and the idea of a food tour is to get to sample different things. I really hope that you can understand the price that you paid better. Best, Fay
