We had such an amazing night! It is hosted in a lovely villa, and we started by mingling with the other guests. We were then taken to start making the pasta, guided by a friendly nonna, who taught us three different pasta shapes. We then had a delicious dinner with multiple starters, orecchiette pasta, and dessert. The food was perfectly catered to us as vegetarians. We had a brilliant time with our very friendly hosts Fabio and Sylvia, who were great company. We highly recommend this great and lively experience.

Excellent authentic cooking experience in Puglia!
We enjoyed the class so much. Felt really authentic. We’re convinced to stay for the dance class and was so fun and a great way to work up an appetite! The dinner after was relaxed and fun. And now I know how to make orchiette! Perfetto!

A must do experience in Puglia!
What a great experience we had with the Apulian night. Fabio, Sylvia and nonna were wonderful and made the evening so special. We learned to make 3 different pastas, learned a traditional dance with Sylvia which was amazing and had a delicious meal! A must try experience in Puglia, thank you for a great night!

Fantastic Host with Great Dinner, Wine, and Dancing!
This was an amazing night for our family. Fabio and Silvia led a wonderful evening of pasta making, wine tasting, dance lessons, and dinner. They even ate with us, and we had great conversations. The setting is adorable and relaxing. The pasta making, my kids repeated as soon as we returned home! We loved the dancing and personalization of the evening. This is definitely an excursion to do for a beautiful night out learning about the culture of Ostuni!
