At that moment, the boat was briefly away refueling, but it was scheduled to return on time to operate your tour as planned. Our staff personally explained the situation, and we understood that you would visit a nearby store and return shortly for departure. We even waited additional time for your return, but unfortunately you did not come back before the tour departure. Although the activity was not taken, a full refund was processed the same day as a courtesy. We truly regret that you were unable to experience the tour itself, which includes iconic locations such as the Arch, the sea lion colony, and nearby beaches.
