The tour was interesting and informative.

Taj was enthusiastic, interesting and energetic and definitely had a twinkle in his eyes as he led us off. We loved that he led us on the tour of Cambridge by telling us the story of the city. He had an interesting story about every place we went to and was also able to answer any questions put to him. We were able to learn so much about the history of this amazing city and the time just flew by. The whole group were fascinated for the whole tour. Taj even gave us pointers of interesting places we could visit for the rest of our day. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this tour to anyone thinking of visiting Cambridge - it was the highlight of a excellent day in the city.

Taj was an absolutely brilliant guide! Extremely knowledgable about the history of Cambridge both from original settlers through to the story of the universities. I learnt so much….. As part of the tourist office Taj’s assistant Madeleine was also extremely helpful. This face to face tourist resource needs to be preserved. Human contact is very important to add unique cultural depth and knowledge to the visitor experience of a place!

We highly recommend Taj as your guide! Very knowledgeable in not just the history and background of Cambridge but also history in general. Lighthearted and witty, he made the tour personal and full of fun facts. We found Taj through the tourist information office after being shocked by the prices of some tours found online. So we felt very lucky!
