A perfect day—comfortable, peaceful and deeply relaxing. The attentive, thoughtful and meticulous service from Andy and Jonas left such a wonderful impression on me. They took care of every single detail, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing throughout the whole experience. This was our second day in Chongqing, and I booked this tour at the very last minute. Jonas picked me up at my hotel right on time. The moment I arrived at the hot spring resort, I asked Jonas to go fetch my family immediately. Tucked outdoors at the foot of towering mountains, the resort feels natural, serene and absolutely beautiful, with a wide range of pools to choose from: fish therapy, lavender, herbal medicine, and rose petal pools, plus saunas and Turkish baths. Andy thoughtfully bought us grilled sausages and drinks, and always told us to take our time with no rush at all. I really appreciated how considerate he was. We spent such a pleasant, leisurely time at the hot spring. Afterwards, we headed to the massage area. We had private, luxuriously decorated rooms with theater-sized big screens. The therapists were highly professional—my shoulder and back pain was greatly relieved, and my family also raved about how good the massages were. The meal that followed was even more impressive. It wasn’t a buffet; instead, there were dozens of dishes available to order, along with desserts, drinks and fresh fruits. Worried we wouldn’t have enough to eat, Andy ordered more than enough for all of us. When the tour ended, we invited Andy to take us to a local barbecue shop. We drank beer and chatted together, and we already feel like friends. It was truly a flawless day. Thank you so much, Andy and Jonas.
We went there as a family. Jonah, Andy and all the staff were very helpful and attentive. The meal served was complete and the head-to-toe massage was excellent. We loved the gesture from Jonah who offered us dumplings as well as a local snack. We highly recommend this experience!

Hot Springs were great! We loved experiencing all the various pools and enjoying the relaxing scenery. What a nice break from the hustle of city sightseeing. Massage portion was a bit strange although I realize I should have read the reviews to better understand. You leave the hot springs and go to a shopping mall where you can watch movies and order food in a private viewing room before having a chair massage. I would have preferred a true spa experience at the hot springs- which was offered there but again- this was explained in the description to some extent, I just didn’t pay close enough attention. Andy was helpful throughout the day. He was super accommodating and made sure to take care of us. However- at the end of the session he said that Viator takes too much commission and refunded our booking so I could pay him directly. I was very uncomfortable with this ask at the end of the day. He cancelled and refunded the trip and I ended up booking it again on Viator. I wouldn’t have been able to pay him via person to person transfer on Alipay or WeChat due to having foreign bank cards. The whole situation was very uncomfortable.
Hello, we were very surprised and confused to see your review. For 9 years, we have been committed to serving tourists and receiving zero negative reviews, which is also the first negative review we have received. On that day, Andy bought sausages, cola, and popcorn for you and your children at his own expense to make them happy. He also bought water guns for each of your children at his own expense and asked if they needed a boat. Before the massage, you said you wanted to drink beer, and Andy also went out in the heavy rain to buy beer for you at his own expense. At the end, Andy considered that it would rain all day and was worried about your experience, so he wanted to give you a full refund. You only need to pay a basic fee. But because you and your husband are in two different massage rooms and the sound of the TV is noisy, perhaps there was a misunderstanding in your communication, which led to this misunderstanding. Viator is our main booking channel and we never ask customers to cancel their orders. Regarding massage, it is mentioned in the product itinerary and other customer reviews that it is located in two different places, a 15 minute drive from both locations. There are also massages in hot springs, but because mosquitoes and weather are not outdoors but indoors, and the massages in hot springs are very ordinary, we choose to massage in other places with our own private rooms, comfortable facilities, large screen movies, and the best massage techniques and services. Andy is our best employee, and almost every customer review mentions Andy, as well as becoming friends with him after the trip ends. Finally, thank you all and wish you all the best.

We had a very nice day in the hot springs (which had a true dinosaur fossil at the entrance - what a start!), and afterwards delicious food and massage. Our guide Andy was very friendly and helpful throughout!
I just had the most amazing birthday experience. Andy was wonderful making sure I enjoyed my time at the hot springs and massage. The quality of the service cannot compare. He was thoughtful and reliable. I will definitely book again next time I'm in Chonqing.
