I visited this shop/service with genuine expectations, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. There were several instances of unclear communication regarding the service details and pricing, and additional payment requests were made during the process which had not been properly explained in advance. When I requested clarification, the interaction became uncomfortable and unprofessional from my perspective. As an international customer, I felt stressed by the situation and wished there had been more transparent communication and customer support throughout the process. I believe future customers would benefit from confirming all pricing, deliverables, schedules, and conditions clearly in writing before proceeding. I hope the business improves its communication and professionalism moving forward.
