We called them, but they hung up and said they did not understand. Thanks to the help of hotel staff who called for us several times, they gave us another appointment - but the driver was already at the arrival location - we intercepted another minibus that, after discussions and phone calls to the office, allowed us to go with them. Zero professionalism. Be wary and do not trust them, we thank Tomas who was kind.
