独立記念館（どくりつきねんかん、Independence Memorial Hall、別名Independence Commemoration Hall）は、1948年2月4日にセイロンから選出された立法府に英国統治からの独立を記念して建てられたスリランカの国定記念物である。 It Is Located In Independence Square (Formly Torrington Square) In The Cinnamon Gardens, Colombo. 独立記念館も併設されている。 記念碑は1948年2月4日、グロスター公爵ヘンリー公爵殿下の初めての議会開会とともに、自己統治の開始を標示する正式な儀式が行われた場所に建てられた。
We had a wonderful sightseeing tour with our family. Our driver took us to many historical places, kovils and temples, cultural sites. The whole tour was very well planned and our kids especially enjoyed it. The driver was friendly, calm and very informative we learned so much about Sri Lanka’s history and culture. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Thank you for such a lovely tour. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely book with you again!

Great way to spend a few hours in Colombo
We only had a few hours spare but our driver help us make the best of it, visiting some interesting sights and get a good feel for the city. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and negotiated the hectic traffic very well in his ‘Bentley’ tuk tuk. Recommended.

A tour to remember
Had a great Colombo sightseeing tour. The guide, tuk imty was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He had the best itinerary and showed us the main attractions and made the tour enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

With Tuktuk Bentley through Colombo.
The Tuk Tuk Imty safely drove us through the busy streets of Colombo. The driver and guide, Ibrahim, was very friendly, accommodating, and flexible. He drove to the desired locations and contributed to making our day unforgettable in his Tuk Tuk, which he called Bentley, with his extensive knowledge of the culture, history, and life of the city.

Professionalism at its best, Tuk Imty! 🤩
We had a wonderful sightseeing tour and truly enjoyed our day. Everything was well organized, and the guide was kind, knowledgeable, and very patient. He made us feel comfortable and shared interesting stories along the way. It felt relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. We’re very happy with the experience and would gladly recommend it to others.

I did a whistlestop tour if the city - perfect.
Tuk Imty is a great tour guide & very friendly & knowledgeable. I was under time pressure but Imty managed to get in all the key highlights of Colombo.

Flexible skilled driver.
Due to our train up from Galle beng delayed we had to quickly amend our agreed itinerary.
This was readily done without rushing us - not easy !
He even sorted out left luggage and onward train tickets.
Highly recommended.
