ブーダナートでのスピリチュアルな体験は、祈祷車を回しながらコーラ（時計回りの回路）を歩き、オム・マニ・パドメ・フムのように真言を唱え、香や僧侶の詠唱、舞う祈祷旗で満たされた穏やかな雰囲気に浸り、チベット仏教の生活や巨大なストゥーパを取り囲む僧院の中で深く平和で瞑想的で文化的な没入感を生み出します。 主な精神的要素 ― 循環（コラ ） ： ストゥーパの周りを時計回りに、しばしば複数回歩くことが中心となる実践であり、献身と功徳の蓄積を象徴する。 祈り車 : 金属製の大きな祈り車を回すと、祈りとマントラが世界に放たれる。 バターランプ＆供物 : 無知を払拭し、香、花、米を供えるために、訪問者や修道士がバターランプを焚きます。 修道院生活 : 周辺の修道院は祈り、議論、瞑想の活発な中心であり、精神的なエネルギーを高めている。

It was a really good experience and it brings me a lot of interesting knowledge
Ganesh is a great guide, clearly and deeply explaining the whole cremation process and its connotation in Nepali culture as well as its differences with India. It does so in a very spiritual way that will fall to you without fear of this sacred rite. Ganesh also runs other tours in English. Very good guide, patient and interested that we understand and understand your culture and your people.
The most skilled and knowledgable guide we met in Nepal. He is really kind, understanding and has a wealth of knowledge. We spent the afternoon and evening with Ganesh and we've recommended him to several friends visiting Nepal.
We spent an incredible day with Ganesh who explained the importance of Hindu culture in Nepal. Amazing experience! Our guide Ganesh was very knowledgeable about the religions and culture. My partner and I were really happy that all our questions were answered. We learned so much today. The things Ganesh explained were very clear, and his English was even better than mine 😂. He wasn’t a typical guide reading from a script, you could really feel his passion for the topic. Ganesh is unlike any tour guide I’ve ever met! i call him “The Nepali Professor” because that is indeed who he is! He have deep knowledge about every Nepal related, culture, history, politics, buddhism, hinduism…etc. there’s not one question that i asked and I wasn’t blown away with the information provided. He also knows how to give the guest memories of a life time, like he took me to this local restaurant for launch in a backstreet that I’d have never known as a tourist since its very “local”, those kind of things he do even when its not part of the plan, he just likes to go the extra mile. I’d never hire anyone to take me anywhere around Nepal but Ganesh, truly he’s worth it!
